It was great having the option to drop off in the town where we live at Weir Bros & Son. Great communication and thankful to be able to have this ease of drop off.
Jodi SWe had a reservation to pick up at 8 A.M. When we got there, nobody was there and the place was locked up. We tried calling multiple times and nobody answered.

Harold JMake sure trailer is (broom clean) before renting out to next customer. Properly attach trailer to towing vehicle. While the young man hooking the trailer up was personable he needs to be trained in the proper way to attach trailer to towing vehicle ( the u-haul way) per the U-Haul instruction sheet. The trailer lights should have been tested prior to leaving the location. I’ve found the Lancaster, NH, location to have done the best job, along with the Columbia, ME, location. I’ve found the Columbia, ME, operator is the most personable! I have photos of the the hookup of my trailer in Colebrook if you need them. Thx
