Horrible experience. Took a very long time. Didn’t know where the keys were or what to do. Original cost quoted was $57. At check out $95. The cost is the cost. The experience with getting the UHaul was incredibly frustrating.

Dropped off at night. A light on the drop box might be good but I did find it after embarrassingly walking by it twice.

SUMMER KProviding me with a receipt would be nice for starters, but being double charged and now the nightmare trying to resolve the issue sure makes it hard to rent here again -----
