Christie Gtruck had no air conditioning, place was a mess, staff was not very friendly or helpful, they spent 20 minutes trying to find the keys for the replacement truck and after they finally found them they stood around serving other customers not related to uhaul services and then finally gave the keys to us without saying so much as thank you or we are sorry for the delay.
BRIAN HFirstly, the pick up location (Holman Seed Farm) was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond the necessary to insure I had all the information and guidance I needed. Plus they were very friendly! Secondly, twice I had to phone in to your toll free number for help. Josh fielded my call first and was incredibly helpful and informative and transferred me to the correct department. At this department the young lady was VERY kind and friendly and again, incredibly helpful. I phoned in a second time to be greeted by name by yet another amazingly friendly and helpful young woman. U-Haul, you be got a GREAT organization of people making your name the best! Great job everyone!
