The key drop-off is in the back. This is a shopping center, so going to the back is counter-intuitive. I didn't see any sign mentioning the back of the building, but we managed to figure it out. It would have been helpful to have known in advance.

GINGER MI was told there was a$100 deposit included in the cost of the service. I have yet to receive the deposit returned. Was I misinformed?
KARI MThe clerk was all by himself, and he managed to seamlessly move between, renting our U-Haul and dispensing his packages. He did an excellent job, and was wonderfully professional.
