The initial drop off location did not have an operable vehicle and this location was over 40 minutes which put me behind an hour for what I needed to do.
DARIN AA little disappointing to get there find out that the plug is missing the extender and I need to purchase a new one. when I return to U-Haul the person try to keep my extender and I had to show my receipt that I purchase it and he was really surprised because normally uhaul has that cover... Cost me $19.99 plus tax... I also was not informed that I had to be there before 10:00 a.m. to drop off the U-Haul. I did return it after 12:30 to be charged extra day.
MELISSA KYou’ll get a code that doesn’t work. Had to contact Uhaul to get another code hours later so I busted time and was charged for a second day.
