The equipment was clean the truck runs a little rough and the passenger door seal let air past for a whistling sound the whole way on the trip pick up and drop off was a quite pleasant experience over all

SHARON HThe guy running the location during my pickup was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know regarding the toy hauler trailer. He even made recommendations and discussed best practices so I’d have an easier time.
MOISES MThe interior of the trailer was awful. No way to tie in ratchet straps along the walls the way previous trailers I rented were equipped. Some of the bumper pads were pealing away from the walls. I would have rejected this trailer but it was the only one on the lot. U-Haul changed my pickup location to a small facility in downtown Colorado Springs after I requested a bigger location closer to my home.
