Employees shouldnt have people in store waiting while they are on the phone. Truck was a bit muddy
Sky fI got there after hours, so I am unaware of the helpfulness of the personnel - I said yes anyway. I gave a lower rating simply because the dropoff location was a bit odd without super clear UHaul space, but rather just kind of parking wherever fit.
