Didn’t know how to set it up and then he set my drop off to the wrong location even though it was set right on my reservation so I was charged extra mileage to drive it all the way back to a different city. Super unprofessional to have your U-Haul in a gas station I will never recommend this u haul or use it ever again.

Robert RIt’s a small area if there was one more truck there, there wouldn’t have been room for me to park the uhual
ADAN LEmployee was very unhelpful and did not want to be bothered with the truck return. I was told they wanted to close early (arrived about 45 mins before closing). I was given the website to do the self return.
