Quick response to phone calls. The vehicle that I had reserved/booked didn't have the keys. I had to call the office but they took too long to answer. Though I was given a bigger truck than the one I had booked. I am glad that it served the purpose

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery timely and professional. Recommended this Uhual location to two individuals.
Gary WLocation was small & located between two MUCH larger UHaul facilities that were not listed as options as a return location.
