The staff is great and the experience at King Street was great. However, they marked the fuel wrong on the rental sheet. I was told to take a picture of the gas gauge as well as all sides of the truck, which I did. When I dropped off the truck in Sunset Point in Columbia, where I had to back it up into some grass near a dumpster, I showed the staffer the gas gauge picture and told him the gas gauge was now back at exactly how I picked it up. Several weeks later, a charge for 4 gallons of gas was posted to my card without my consent or knowledge. That's shady.
