Everything went smoothly and with the virtual assistant she was able to get me in and out and on the road in under 20 minutes so yeah I definitely will use U-Haul again

JAMES RThe online reservation process is broken. I reserved a truck with mobile pick-up in Winnsboro SC. The order came back with a non-mobile order truck in Blythewood SC (20 minutes further). And this place was only open until 2 with no mobile check-in so had to go another 15 minutes to get the truck. If I had known this up front, I would’ve rented from Home Depot with no mileage charges. I will be very hesitant to use U-Haul again.
