The tire is worn out on front passenger side. The gas was left on E. I ordered blankets and a doly and did not receive them when I picked the truck up. It took me 30 mins to get registered and approved to pick the truck up due to uhaul not having it setup right on there end of the transaction.

penny bThe ONLY reason this location is getting a 5 star is the customer service from the busy itself. Uhaul completely dropped the ball I had a confirmed reservation at 6:30am just to find out they didn't assign a truck to the reservation. When I called the 24hr hotline I was told the pickup business did not offer pickup before business hours just to find out they did.
eli sThe address on the U-Haul GPS was wrong. I had to look up on google and was another three and a half miles away. I also did not receive my furniture pads. The person I talked to on the phone on the other hand was very helpful, very respectful and very nice. Would still recommend.
