Diann and Brandon were extremely helpful and pleasant. Even though my personal vehicle broke down in route to drop off the trailer and being 467 miles from home Diann really made me feel comfortable and presented options to get me back to Maryland. Brandon assisted me in getting my vehicle loaded. I have much respect for these two wonderful people. I wish them both much love for the rest of their lives.
RICHARD WSearcys never shows up in the U-Haul app....been this way for over a year. Makes returning the trailer tedious (have to call and get transferred around). If you want people to use the app. make sure all locations show up.

BRENDA YThe people at the location were amazing, but said they are technically closed on Fridays when we had our reservation. They also don't have the self check-in option. We were extremely lucky that a staff member was there by chance, even though they were closed. In the future, I would highly recommend making sure the location is open when reservations are booked. We would not have been able to access the u-haul if the staff member was not there by chance.
