The truck smelled, it was not swept. There was no ramp. It should have been cleaned and it should have had a full tank of gas.
JAMES CReturned truck after hours and the return truck app. did not work. Called the Uhaul hotline and talked to customer service. She tried to help but, couldn't get app to work.
WILLIAM SI wound up getting a brand new truck with only 1300 miles on it! It smelled like a new car!! I had no issues at all except for the mileage we got. I was able to extend my time without any additional costs due to traffic issues and moving help issues. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone who needs a truck.
