Just had some issues on the returning process. The staff were pleasant and prepared. Also, was patient when running into challenges while picking up the truck. However, was charged incorrectly after the return which is still in process of figuring out why.

My experience at this location was unacceptable. The truck was rented to me with a missing wiper blade, which severely obstructed my visibility and created a major safety hazard during the drive. Upon returning, the parking lot was completely unplowed, causing the vehicle to get stuck. To top it off, the clerk failed to process the return, resulting in a phone call hours later asking where the truck was. Between the equipment safety issues and the administrative errors, this was a very poor experience.
BRYAN PDon't understand why I was charged for 2 rental periods, total time was less than 24 hours. The location Rep did not explain this to me. He had a hard time communicating with me. Truck had only 1 windshield wiper, passenger side just metal scraping on the glass. Steering had at least 4 inches of play in it and seemed very unsafe. Extremely disappointed and probably will never utilize U Haul ever again.
SAMUEL MI was charged twice even though I returned the vehicle in time and everything checked out to be ok initial charge was $86 they later charged me an additional $106 today so I’m very confused
