Staff was friendly, although didn't seem too familiar with the check-in process (maybe they were new). Overall, check-in went smoothly enough and staff was helpful. Truck was well maintained, but interior was filthy. Cigarette butts, ashes, spilled food, fast food trash, children's toys, some sort of stickiness, and it even appears that there was a small fire (the truck manual had singes and there was burnt paper).

Everything is okay
EDWARD OSome trucks were open and had trash in them. Gas was only a quarter of a tank full when I picked it up.
Zachary Tthere were 6 homeless living in the back of the UHaul and it took 45 minutes for the guy behind the counter to acknowledge me and get me the keys
