The only problem I had with this location, was the fact when I went to drop off the dollies, they had the door locked and said they were out back in the storage. They gave a phone number in which I figured the phone number went to the employee so I called it and it wasn’t that at all. The phone number wasn’t to any anyone at the facility that I was waiting at, It went to someone entirely different in a different state or town. I have no problem with the employees, locking the door and going back into the storage if they have work to do, but whoever owns this place needs to give their employees a work cell phone number so customers can actually call them and then all they have to do is walk up to the building to unlock the doors, not tell me a phone number that goes to who knows where. All I needed to rent was dollies and the woman that worked there was very very helpful so she was awesome!! the place is very clean and looks nice. The 1-800 U-Haul guy I had to call was also very very helpful and went above and beyond, but it shouldn’t even have gotten that far for me to have to call a 1-800 number

ANDRE WNo one was at the location we rented from online. The location had the hours on the door of Sat 9:30 to 5:00, we arrived at 10 and no one was there. It took 45 minutes of phone calls and signing up for an account to a very bad application to get the keys from a lock box. This was a terrible experience.
