The gentleman who helped us was very kind and even though we had forgotten to rent blankets along with the truck and Appliance dolly had some on-site and he was able to do a separate agreement because he had another rental on site and then he removed either a truck or a trailer which added the blankets to us with our truck that was quite an experience and my husband is so short he couldn’t see over the steering wheel so he went to the back of the truck open the package and brought up a couple of the blankets for my husband to sit on so he could see over the steering wheel, the seat goes back-and-forth, but it doesn’t go up for short people so that could be an improvement maybe because there are quite a few of us. I understand if I had driven it, I would’ve had to sit on something also added to the seat unless you already have something special for short people it’s important to see over top of the steering wheel for sure. Anyway, we were very appreciative and will do business with U-Haul next time maybe in a year and we’ll certainly recommend this location..
