Everything was perfect other than having to deal with the glitch in the system picking up the key. That was a real pain and more difficult than it should have been. Other than that I love U-Haul
ED BAfter hours drop so no customer experience ! But signs post all over how to drop U-Haul off! The U-Haul app made it a very enjoyable experience
TIMOTHY WThe location was changed, so we had to drive 1 hour 1 way, then we were charged $500 more than the UHaul website gave (apprx $386). We were given the excuse "Well we have no control over U-Haul prices." It wasn't fun paying double than I had budgeted.
