The drop off location was fine. The guy mentioned some scuffed paint at first then mentioned it looked old. Pickup from this vendor was a miserable experience. I don't know if it is negligence or he just didn't care. He had no pick up location for a key on a Sunday for virtual pickup. After multiple calls with messages left, there was no response. Uhaul customer service rep was called and tried to help but ended up rescheduling. That didn't work either. I'll be filing an official complaint as I have better things to do than drive all over the state because the person can't simply do a simple task.

I had to wait 45 minutes after I was supposed to meet for pickup. Owner smoked while filling out paperwork.

They kindly informed us that the chains were causing sparks, posing a potential fire hazard. The officer took the time to demonstrate how to properly twist the chains to eliminate excess slack. I appreciated their assistance, demonstrating professionalism and understanding—no citations or warnings were issued. This experience highlights the importance of attention to detail and community support on the road.
