CHRISTIAN RI requested this by phone on sunday, the customer service representative ask would I like a Dolly? And I said, yes, but the location was closed. So I was charged for a dolly that I could not get. Otherwise it was very smooth

VERONICA LThe truck had 3/4 of a tank of gas when I picked it up. I put enough gas in it to reach the 3/4 tank level when I returned it. They charged me over $10 because the tank was not returned "full". I explained what and why I did that. But the answer was a disheartening...Deal with corporate. With so many other options available, next time I will use those "other options."
