The info I entered online was not available when I checked in at the pickup location. Need to make sure the info doesn’t have to be input 2 times. Things like license picture and destination and additional drivers missing after being input prior.

Abdullatif ANothing you can necessarily improve on the drop off was very smooth. The parking situation was just slightly tight for a 20’ uhaul in the small parking lot. I can see inexperienced people who don’t drive anything bigger than a small car having issues. Our experience was great though!
WILLIAM MLocation does not allow me to pickup truck online, I have to call regular customer service and cannot fix issue so transfer again to local customer service they fixed issue. I wasted more than 30 min with customer service. Originally i have to pickup from new caney location but customer service ask me to pickup from conroe Location because that location office is closed at new caney. I did not understand if office was also closed at conroe location then why they asked me to pickup at coonroe location? Why i cannot pickup from New Caney location i can pickup with online from anywhere regardless office is closed.
