Was a car wash drop off location, extremely confusing no drop off counter. Hard to discern who was an UHaul agent from customers. Was told I would receive my close out paperwork in a half hour via email. It took over 24 hours in reality to receive it. In addition, it took multiple calls into the U Haul 800 customer service telephone number to facilitate getting the location to close the contract the following day.

Helpful? I wish it was easy as a YES and NO. YES they showed me where to park the trailer. YES they came to the trailer to address my concerns about leaving the trailer chains and trailer electric extension on the trailer parked in an unsecured area. NO because I turned in the trailer on Tuesday and 24 hours it was still listed as OUT. I had to call customer service to get the trailer checked in 24 hours later.

Lorenzo GThere was no u haul person on site be nice if someone was there in person not on a phone . This would be helpful for the check in process also. The trailer we were renting seemed to be used for metal scrap and had to be cleaned out.
