Absolutely nothing!! Whom we we dealt with to get the rental, he was super friendly and a great person to talk to and helped me out with getting everything set up. I consider him to be a great person and would highly recommend him and the location to anyone who is in n es of a U-HAUL, Truck or Trailer !!! Highly recommended !!!

Just improve a little more the communication pre-post pick up.
Nikel CThey were supposed to be open but no one was there. They did not have the moving blankets I had ordered in the truck. I had to drive forty minutes to another U-Haul location to pickup blankets. The gas tank was well below e, with less than 50 miles to empty. They give me a miniscule gas credit that didn't even cover current gas prices to bring it to the "1/4" level of gas they insisted I return it at.

Alfredo HDrop off location was also changed on me. I was on the road and lost the info that was given to me. When I arrived in AZ, I called the original coolidge location...a storage place, and he said to bring it to him. I arrived and some guy came out and told me where to park it. Said I had to unload by myself and check it in on the app. Some other guy and his Mom tried to sell me tamales. A week later I start getting calls asking where the trailer is...nobody knows. I sent pictures that I took because it felt sketchy all along. Terrible experience overall, and a bad representation of your brand.
