Drop off location was also changed on me. I was on the road and lost the info that was given to me. When I arrived in AZ, I called the original coolidge location...a storage place, and he said to bring it to him. I arrived and some guy came out and told me where to park it. Said I had to unload by myself and check it in on the app. Some other guy and his Mom tried to sell me tamales. A week later I start getting calls asking where the trailer is...nobody knows. I sent pictures that I took because it felt sketchy all along. Terrible experience overall, and a bad representation of your brand.

Everything was fine other than I wasn't given the dolly that I ordered, and the location was closed even though they were supposed to be open according to the website.
Crissy MMartinez Tires is great but the whole online process for Uhaul sucks and Uhaul should work on that.
