The location was a small business (not an U-Haul site) and the employee had trouble with the U-Haul process saying “he didn’t get any training” from U-Haul in the update. The 10’ truck we reserved was in the lot, but the padlock on it was broken, so we were given keys to a 15’ truck. The truck was covered in snow and ice that we had to uncover. There was not an ice scraper in the truck. Due to this we were behind schedule and I didn’t see my text with the link with instructions to upload photos. I took photos per the check in instructions prior, but the link expired so I couldn’t use them as needed.
