The location only had a drop box and the business did not know where it was. Very difficult to find a very small box that was located on a fence at the entrance.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received, messed my order up 3 separate time, didn’t recieve the truck I ordered and they knew I was traveling to Qualicum beach Vancouver island and I gave them the address of drop off but they put it as round trip and charged me an extra 1075 dollars. I clearly stated multiple times I was going to that exact location and I called the manager wondering what the heck and he called me a lair over the phone and won’t issue a refund for your guys mistake. I actually can’t believe I have been treated this way I have used U-Haul before and never had a problem till this location. No im out 1075 dollars and can’t get ahold of the branch manager all this week and he won’t call me back
