Tried to obtain the vehicle via the online app but it was impossible. Needed to wait for the location to open and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

SHAMIR CThe gentleman at the counter was racist. I have never rented a U-Haul from anywhere else and they wanted to take my picture and nevertheless with his personal phone. In addition, when I was at the counter he stopped assisting me to help a white lady making a payment with a check for I believe it was for either $418 or $488. I could get a printed receipt. When I returned the vehicle I wasn’t allowed to drive it back into the establishment he came and met me outside the gate. Your employees must never judge a book by its cover. Not because I am African American means that I had to get treated that way and little did he know I am a decorated 20 Year Veteran of the US Army.
GREGROY WNeed better mechanical maintenance on truck. Barely got the truck into drive or reverse. Very difficult with the column shifter. Transmission also shifted gears in such a way you can sense a problem coming or breakdown.
SCOTT GThe truck barely worked…. Almost as if the transmission is about to go out on the truck. I could not get the car over 30 miles an hr with out fear of it going out
