This person charge me $30 fuel charge and $24 for 6 gallons of gas. No one was there when I turned it in. I found this out the next day when my bill came in the email. I’ll pick the truck up it was bone, dry, empty barely made it to the gas station. Picked it up at the Pinehurst location. Turned it in at the Bennett shed solutions location. Someone needs to be taught how to read a gas gauge. I turned it in with a quarter of a tank. You guys should owe me money for gas.

We had no interaction with this location. We did, however, have an interaction with a location in Columbus, GA, where we attempted to obtain another trailer or swap out a tire on the trailer, and this location was very unhelpful. It was a safety hazard, and the clerk said the trailer she had was only an around-town rental (I understand certain rules apply), BUT she could have swapped the tire out because this trailer was being used to haul a motorcycle. I don't understand the thought process of not swapping out a tire vs risking an accident with a $20 truck and a $20 bike!! Make it make sense. This experience with U-Haul has been terrible from start to finish!
