I returned this equipment to the location designated on the contract but the facility was closed. With the help of the UHAUL phone app, I was able to document the walk around and the location I parked the unit. I'm sure the people working there are very helpful had they been open. I give a 5 star because there was ample room for leaving the unit.

They were absolutely lovely to work with! We had been delayed and they took care of everything! I was very impressed! They took care of any issues quickly and politely after we'd arrived.
