I arrived and the truck the app told me to find (confirmed with the number on the side) was in the parking lot so I went in to get the keys. The lady behind the counter said that I could not pick up my reservation because someone else had rented it they didn’t have the keys because someone was about to come get it. They then “received” the truck on their end and told me I could go find another truck to rent somewhere else. This is all after I had a “reservation guarantee”. Awful experience on a stressful moving day

I was charged a a cleaning fee even though I swept the bed and cleaned the floor mats in the cab, which was not cleaned at all before my rental. It still had the previous renters gas receipt and U-haul contract paperwork in the cab.
