I rented the 6'x12'trailer on the morning of Friday March 27th. I returned it the next day (Saturday)Morning of the 28th. at 10:29. I have a time stamped photo. I was subsequently charged a second day by CarTech Automotive. They said I returned it (Monday) March 30th at 8:16 AM. Their lot was open Saturday morning but their office was closed. Their lot was open so I left the trailer and took my own photos to document when I dropped it off. I guess they just discovered the trailer Monday morning when their office opened so I get nto pay a second day rental. Poor service in my opinion.

Rental agreement was not printed out to me nor was it discussed. The only thing discussed was the gas that needed to be refilled. The truck needs a major wheel alignment. I didn’t appreciate having to pay an additional $38 due to going over mileage that I wasn’t aware of.
Jeneve FThis U-Haul truck was located at a landscape business where lots of workers were getting supplies for their workday. It was so crowded you could barely get into the parking lot to search for the office. Then after getting to the 26’ U-Haul truck, it was parked in a very tight spot and I couldn’t back up very far because of a dump truck getting a load of gravel or something right at the gate. After several small back and forth turns, I was off without any further issues. I will say the staff inside the office were very friendly and professional. Just the location or the 8am pick up were an issue.
