You can start by having staff.That's organized and know what's going on.And can at least follow up and call people and let them know if there's going to be a truck there not have people lose money and a whole day of work for a truck that was never going to show up. I should not have to drive there two times they could have made a phone call to me or at least answer their phone there at the pickup place. The drop off facility besides being closed with No key drop box is a bad issue. They were also not expecting the truck that I delivered there. The communication has to get better.This has been a horrible experience for me. The worst ever using this company in twenty years. I've never had issues like this before.This has been a horrible weekend!!! At this point I would not recommend you Uhaul to anyone, especially in the area I live in. Do you guys need some serious training on communication and organization skills, because they are absolutely horrible
