TERRY DThe uhaul I rented did not have the appropriate adapter to provide lights on the trailer I rented. The young man told me "it'll only be a problem if you get pulled over." Um, excuse me? Or if someone dies in an accident because the didn't know I was changing lanes? He suggested I take the trailer to Tractor Supply and pay another $50 for an adapter. I said no, I'll go to Tractor Supply and buy one and come back. After an extra unplanned hour, I returned with the adaptor and he hooked it up. Either way, they should be prepared for these instances and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should they encourage DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL use of their equipment!
AMY DThe first location was awful and didn’t have a car and this one was much better but I feel I should have had some leniency with the miles though due to having to go to a different one that day.
