I reserved a pickup at Lee's Self Storage in Clarion, PA, but no one was around for pickup (despite being there an hour ahead of time). My fiance called and got a regional manager who sent me to J and J Trailer and Equipment Sales on Corsica and we were able to get a truck there, but none of the extras I asked for. The truck was on empty when I picked it up. It leaked some sort of fluid all over the driveway at my new house. Also, since I didn't get the extras from my original reservation I had to go out and purchase them myself. This was the worst U-HAUL experience I've had to date.
