Showed up at my appointment 7am, followed instructions, opened lock box, and no keys. Then called and they had me open all lock boxes, check back of the truck, and still no keys. Then they had to get the manager of the location come out and give us the keys. Oh and rented a utility dolly and it wasn't there either. Gave a refund for the dolly(which I had to rent another for $40 from Home depot) and $50 off for the troubles. Then when the person finally showed up (10min turned into 25) and then made us wait another 25 min why they checked the trucks in. Finally got my truck at 8:38am. Thats 1hr and 38min later. Didn't extend my truck rental time either. When I called back the receptionist was rude and very unprofessional!
