The location said it was at a Chevron station and it wasn't. Drove past it looking for the Chevron station and went to Coulterville 11 miles out of the way. Location is really in Greeley Hill. My mistake for not trusting the navigation. Rep on the phone was helpful, but had to install the trailer myself. Trailer had 2 nests of yellow jackets in them that made life interesting when I got to my destination. Thankfully no was injured in the process :-)

First, there should be more than one person working at whatever establishment so they can help the rental customers without having to stop and wait on other people coming in. Second, who’s responsible for making sure the rental truck is clean, in good working order, and any additional equipment ordered is on the truck and ready to go? This was an issue for me as nothing was in order pertaining to the truck, the equipment, and the information on their computer. I was upset to find broken glass, drug pipes, and garbage in the back of the truck cargo, and after spending two hours to complete the rental contract I was not a happy camper. The positive side was that the young man helping me was nice, and tried his best to handle everything though it was very difficult to understand his broken English.
