I ordered 2 dozen furniture blankets that were not provided. We were forced to break the seal on the bag of 6 blankets for an extra charge. Due to the 24 blankets we ordered not being provided, some of our furniture was scratched. We also had to break the seal on the dolly to move it out the way to stack our furniture.

First, I paid for blankets and they didn't put them in trailer nor give them to me. Second there was a little woman as the only person in the store. She went to get someone from her wrecker service to help put trailer on vehicle. He threw it on the hitch and stomped off without saying anything and without securing the trailer leaving me to do it. I have never been treated that way by a Uhaul company. I would never set foot in there again. If you want to improve for the next customer then take Uhaul away from here,
