JOSHUA MVery friendly and handled everything I needed.
WENDELL SFriendly and handled everything we needed. Very Pleased.
WENDELL SDrop off was alright other than representative being uninterested as I tried to explain my above experience of the truck being disgusting when I picked it up (soda all over the interior, seats, cup holder, floor mats, grass on floor mats, mud on floor mats, all notated by the way during my pick up). Representative was unhelpful when I called to follow up about the cleaning charge. She only stated that the other location (again she spoke to someone who was not present during the initial interaction) claimed they had inspected the cargo area with me and therefore it should have been notated (never happened, check the camera or ask the representative who actually gave me the vehicle). She let me know there was nothing she could do about it but let her managers know. I understand her position but if she did let her managers know they never reached out. Again, having someone return a vehicle dirty, charge them a fee too clean the vehicle, not cleaning the vehicle, renting the vehicle to another customer dirty, and then charging that customer a cleaning fee as well even though they notated that the truck was dirty, is dishonest and immoral. And again, if the rep had guided me through a proper inspection of the vehicle during the initial rental process, it would not have been a problem because I would have known to notate it. I get the feeling from the reps I talked to about this that the situation will not be remedied. And look, $25 is not a ton of money, but it’s the principle of the situation that bothers me so much. Why would I want to work with a company where they they will run a racket like this when I did everything right? It’s unacceptable. I would love for someone to make this right, but based on my interaction so far with reps I am doubtful that anyone with the company is interested in that.
