We requested a dolly and it wasn't marked unavailable and we didn't know until the day of that one wasn't available. The trailer connections were faulty and we continuously got error messages about trailer being connected/disconnected. We returned trailer a day early but since location was closed they had no way of knowing that so we weren't able to get refunded.
