The original van we rented from another location was not returned in time from the other Park Ave. location. We went to1025 Park Ave and Dawn was so helpful in setting us up with another van. Without her assistance, we would have had to cancel an important event. That would have left a very unfavorable feeling on the U-Haul experience. Thanks again to Dawn !!

I was overcharged for mileage !!
Jeff GVan was in great shape. Simple check out check in procedure.
Gary DApp check-in/out is not ideal. Cashier was very helpful. Truck brakes might need inspection, and the oil change light was on. Previous customers are not sweeping out the back of the truck after use.
