I have used uhaul twice now in a month. First they gave me the wrong size and I had to make multiple trips hours away. When I complained to the owner, he was less than friendly about it and still charged me the full price. The second time I requested a dolly and didn’t get one. Customer service said I could go to a different location to pick one up- problem was, there were no uhaul locations open in that area on that day. And again, the employees were not understanding at all and got charged full price for the inconveniences; excluding the dolly. Moving is hard and it should be made smooth not difficult and more difficult.
