poor operating hours, no coverage when someone is out sick, took us 24 hours to get a trailer. no communication.

FEBE BThe only thing I would say is, maybe warm up the truck? By the time I got the keys, started the truck, the windows were all iced over. Yes, it was cold, but it took a good 15 minutes to thaw out the truck and wipe down the windows enough to see. Just a courtesy thought? Maybe warm up the truck to save 20 minutes or so of rental- drive time 👍👍😊😊
