FEBE BThe only thing I would say is, maybe warm up the truck? By the time I got the keys, started the truck, the windows were all iced over. Yes, it was cold, but it took a good 15 minutes to thaw out the truck and wipe down the windows enough to see. Just a courtesy thought? Maybe warm up the truck to save 20 minutes or so of rental- drive time 👍👍😊😊
JULIA WBetter communication on how to drop off a trailer. I was told to call before dropping off the trailer and no one answered. Then I used the online chat and was transferred from one person to another. I was told to fill out a form and submit pictures. When the employee showed up we had been there for about 45 minutes already. I realize it was Christmas Eve day but it was a frustrating experience.
