The equipment had mechanical problems. I had originally rented it for 2 days but only used it 2½ hrs cause I was scared to drive it. That is not at all the rental places fault. But I was upset that I still had to pay for a whole day anyway. So I probably will rent from Penske from now on.
William PI highly recommend using Bulldog Market for your U-haul needs. Jay was very thorough with the whole process and very professional and me and my wife have moved a few times before but this was the smoothest and easiest U-haul rental we have ever experienced. So if you’re in the need for a U-haul rental I highly recommend him for your next U-haul needs.
