Shorten the process of using 24/7. I personally don’t think I will use 24/7 again. It’s the same price to use a U-Haul business that does all the, jumping through hoops. I feel like for 24/7 to be used more there should be some incentive for taking all those pictures, answering all those questions and repeating the same process, when you are tired, I just want to rent a truck, pick it up, use it for moving, turn it in and pay.
