There was some confusion saying the location did not support mobile pick up but I have used that location in the past. After 2 phone calls and two more transfers (18 minutes in total), I call one last time and the UHAUL representative was able to figure out the problem and stayed on the phone with me until I was able to unlock the lock box.

Joseph LI was quoted at a cheaper price both times and charged double at time of service. Both times.
