Explain that there is a lockbox in more detail. I wasn't completely clear on how I was getting the key to the vehicle until I got there especially since my reservation was for 8:00 a.m. and the place apparently didn't open until 9:00 a.m. so that could have had a little more clarity to it

The locks on key boxes are hard to get off. Located above a rodent trap
CHRISTOPHER CThere was some confusion saying the location did not support mobile pick up but I have used that location in the past. After 2 phone calls and two more transfers (18 minutes in total), I call one last time and the UHAUL representative was able to figure out the problem and stayed on the phone with me until I was able to unlock the lock box.
