I would have given a higher rating if while I was at the location there is not good internet service which makes it hard to check in with that location for the service offered and there is no one onsite when having difficulty doing self service.

This location was switched from what I had reserved. It was not open when I picked up my truck and I had to use app checkout. THAT went absolutely terribly! I had purposely made a reservation with a location that would be open at the time I had set to pick up the truck and was not told that the location I was switched to would not be open or I would have made other arrangements. I am very, very unhappy with the Uhaul app and customer service for not telling me of necessity of using it with switch, especially when paying double the price of their competitors because of more convenient locations for me
Rodney KThis is a smaller storage facility; appears to be well-maintained. Manager came out to greet us and was pleasant. Easy dropoff, no problem.
