KEN HUsing AI as a return condition is the bottom of a barrel that has rotted away. I will probably NOT use U-Haul again nor will I recommend it. I will definitely tell them it is a terrible way to run a business. To improve is to have a real live person to receive and check that the equipment has been properly returned. SORRY! That is my opinion of AI. There may be places AI can be used, but never as a customer return condition. Stick it where the Sun doesn't shine!
