Too expensive. Initial price doesn’t stick. I found a bigger unit 10x30 for $225 elsewhere. I had an AC unit and the AC never blew in there. I complained to the office management and nothing was ever done about it.

Mi experiencia con el camión fue excelente condiciones, pero alquile un Dolly y cuando fui a recoger el camión, no estaba el Dolly hice la reclamación al momento para que no me lo cobraran y al final me estan cobrando por pérdida de un equipo que jamas estuvo en mis manos, volví a ser la reclamación y tengo que esperar 5 a 10 dias para que me devuelvan el dinero, es una gran falta de respeto. Mi consejo siempre revisen y hagan la reclamación, por lo tanto no recomiendo este lugar porque ellos saben las cosas que estan haciendo
Jose LI knew there was no one at this location. But using the app was very bad. It took over 30 minutes to get approved and proceed. When I tried to chat or called it was not helpful. Good idea but needs improvement.
Lisa WTruck was very dirty and smelled strong of cigarettes. Fuel was almost empty and they claimed it was 1/4 tank. I sent pictures of fuel gauge before and after and I was still charged extra for leaving it with “no” fuel. Instructions were not clear on how to return truck lock. Drop box was not on the front of building as indicated. Overall a terrible experience.
Aaron CThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with U-Haul. It took over 2 hours just to get help over the phone, being transferred multiple times with no clear answers. The support team was slow, unhelpful, and showed no urgency at all. For a company of this size, this level of service is unacceptable. I will seriously reconsider using U-Haul again in the future
