The customer service was not what I am use to get from other uhaul locations. After struggling for a about 12 minutes with the rental process then he stepped in to help. I dropped off the vehicle at 8:32 am and I was billed for an extra day. On my receipt it showed that I dropped off at 9:10am. I had until 8:45am to return the vehicle. Not so good was this experience.

I’m not sure I would ever use U-Haul again they lied and said I returned the truck under a quarter tank . That’s not true so they stole money 73ish $ from my father in-law how’s in a nursing home . Would I recommend U-haul probably not .
