The keys were ready for us upon arrival. However, they left a furniture dolly and mattress blankets inside the truck. Good thing we noticed before we pulled out because I am sure they would have charged us for it. The front of the truck (driving area) smelled unpleasant. Moreover, the gentleman at the location was very rude. We had simple questions and he had an attitude. If you need a uhaul, this place is an okay place to get it from. Do not expect a warm welcome, but overall it was average.

WAYNE PThe location manager could be friendlier. The office was not clean. I had to use WD40 on the hitch coupler, door latch, and hinges. I never have issues with Uhaul itself, however, the pick-up locations are always hit or miss.
