I called early in the day, a gentleman answered the phone promptly, unfortunately I don't remember who I spoke with, and he was helpful with his instructions on where to leave the U-Haul 6x12 covered trailer after hours. He was professional and informative. From pick up to drop off, I had a very good experience all around.
